Book a DemoOptional Google Workspace connections
Connect transaction dates and closed files to the Google tools your brokerage already uses.
Broker Pilot offers optional Google Calendar and Google Drive connections. Calendar access is used to create and maintain transaction events a user chooses to sync. Drive access is used for Broker Pilot files and folders that the authorized user creates or selects through the app, including organized closed-deal records.
How Google Calendar is used
When a user connects Google Calendar, Broker Pilot can create, update, and remove Broker Pilot transaction events on calendars the user owns. Events may include inspections, deadlines, reminders, follow-ups, and closing dates recorded in the deal workflow.
The connection is optional and is authorized by the individual Google account holder.
How Google Drive is used
When an authorized user connects Google Drive, Broker Pilot can create folders and upload or update the specific transaction documents used with the app. This supports a predictable brokerage-owned structure for closed deal files.
The Drive connection does not give Broker Pilot a general-purpose view of every unrelated file in the user's account.
What stays under the user's control
Users choose whether to connect Google services and can disconnect them from Broker Pilot settings. Google user data is used to provide the requested Calendar or Drive feature and is not sold or used for advertising.
Why integrations should preserve one source of truth
A calendar event or stored file should remain traceable to the deal that created it. Broker Pilot keeps the transaction record as the operating context while Google Calendar and Drive provide familiar destinations for dates and retained files.
