Information We Collect

BrokerPilot collects account information, brokerage information, client and transaction details, uploaded documents, calendar event details, commission and payout records, and communications created or managed inside the platform.

Google Calendar Data

If you connect Google Calendar, BrokerPilot requests permission to create, update, and delete calendar events on your behalf. We use this access only to sync BrokerPilot events such as inspections, deadlines, meetings, reminders, follow-ups, and closing dates to your selected Google Calendar.

BrokerPilot does not sell Google user data. BrokerPilot does not use Google Calendar data for advertising. Google Calendar tokens are stored securely and used only to maintain the calendar sync you requested.

Google Drive Data

If you connect Google Drive, BrokerPilot requests permission to create folders and upload or update BrokerPilot transaction documents in the Google Drive account you authorize. We use this access only to sync closed deal files, uploaded documents, signing documents, disclosures, contracts, and related transaction records that you choose to manage through BrokerPilot.

BrokerPilot does not sell Google user data. BrokerPilot does not use Google Drive data for advertising. Google Drive tokens are stored securely and used only to maintain the Drive sync you requested.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide transaction management, document workflows, client portal access, commission tracking, payout records, reporting, notifications, calendar sync, document storage sync, support, and security for BrokerPilot users.

Sharing and Service Providers

We may share information with service providers that help operate BrokerPilot, including hosting, storage, email, payments, document processing, calendar integration providers, and Google Drive integration providers. These providers are used to deliver the services requested by users.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide BrokerPilot, satisfy business and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain audit records. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information.

Your Choices

You can disconnect Google Calendar or Google Drive from BrokerPilot settings at any time. You may also contact us to request help accessing, correcting, or deleting information where applicable.
