Use of BrokerPilot
BrokerPilot provides software for real estate brokerage operations, including client workflows, transaction management, document handling, calendar events, commission tracking, payout records, reports, and related administrative tools.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into BrokerPilot, for obtaining any required client or third-party permissions, and for using the platform in compliance with applicable real estate, privacy, payment, and business rules.
Third-Party Services
BrokerPilot may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar, Google Drive, email providers, payment providers, storage providers, and document services. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to the provider's own terms and policies.
Google Calendar Integration
When you connect Google Calendar, BrokerPilot may create, update, and delete calendar events based on actions you take in BrokerPilot. You can disconnect the integration from settings.
Google Drive Integration
When you connect Google Drive, BrokerPilot may create folders and upload or update transaction documents in the Google Drive account you authorize. You can disconnect the integration from settings.
No Legal or Financial Advice
BrokerPilot is a software tool. It does not provide legal, accounting, tax, brokerage compliance, or financial advice. Users should consult qualified professionals where needed.
Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or modify BrokerPilot features from time to time. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page.
